The user is able to authenticate at the Citrix login page. After clicking on an application, the user receives one of the following errors: User is able to login to citrix server but after login sometimes its showing a white page without any applications. while I had the Citrix gateway

When logging off the StoreWeb page, it does not present the user with the themed NetScaler Gateway logoff page we are used to prior to 3.15, but instead this blank white page with just that text. An internal Citrix article, CTX236931, provides a work-around to redirect back to the NSG login page via Responder policy:

Even after creating a brand new NetScaler Gateway VIP, accessing the VIP shows a blank white screen. The forwarding to /vpn/index.html does show in the URL. Issue occurs before authentication and SSL certificate is valid and bound correctly. Another NetScaler in the HA pair doesn't experience the issue.
